Athelstan Lodge
Freemasons belong to the oldest fraternal organisation in the world.
Freemasonry is about building good people, by focusing on building themselves as people of integrity. Membership provides the structure to help achieve that goal.
Membership of a lodge under the auspices of the United Grand Lodge of England is open to men aged 21 and over from all backgrounds.
Women have two organisations that admit them as Freemasons (OWF and HFAF).

St Mary’s Church – Community Hub
St Mary’s Church is situated in the heart of Atherstone at the top of the main Market Square.
Our vicar is the Reverend Michael Brandsma, and our Lay Reader, John Stock.
Here at St Mary’s we run a number of groups for all ages, along with regular community events which are held within the church. See our website for details.
Join us at St Mary’s every Sunday at 10.30 am.
We are a welcoming and inclusive community that gathers every Sunday to worship God and grow in our faith. Our services offer a blend of traditional and contemporary worship styles, including hymns, prayers, readings from the Bible, and sermons that aim to inspire and challenge. We believe that everyone is invited to encounter God’s love and grace, regardless of their background, beliefs, or experiences.
Whether you are a regular churchgoer or a first-time visitor, we invite you to join us in our journey of faith, and discover the joy and peace that come from being part of a supportive and caring community. We look forward to seeing you soon!
